PRESENTATION HANDOUTS

Presentation Handouts are available to conference registrants only.

In our continuing effort to be both economically and environmentally aware, this is the only format the handouts are available.  It is the responsibility of conference attendees to review and/or download for your personal use at the conference. 

To access the Conference Registrants Folder  

The site administrator has added each conference registrant as a "Reader" on the site - you will receive a confirmation email from PBworks.  As some registrants have had difficulties, all names were deleted and re-added (July 20/09). Therefore, you may have received an email advising of the invitation to create an account, even though you may already have one.

If you have not previoulsy done so, you can create an account (top right hand side of the front page) using the same email address provided on your conference registration form and then login. 

Once logged in, go to the Navigator box on the  right hand side of the screen, click on Conference Registrants Folder, click on Conference Registrants again when it appears the second time, and you will have access to the list of handouts received to date from presenters. Each document is referenced by the session number and the author's surname.  The Folder now also includes the registrant contact list. 

July 20/09 Update for Conference Registrants

1. Additional slides/handouts are now available in the Conference Registrants folder.

2.  Poster Presenters are welcome to submit their poster handouts  - please email directly to Nancy (preferably black/white) - these will be uploaded to the Conference Registrants Folder.

3. Probelms creating an account? Logging in? Accessing the Conference Registrants folder?  Please email Nancy; if unable to resolve, I will contact pbWorks for assistance. 

4.  Email addresses  - are now posted in the Conference Registrants Folder.  Additional information, including practise site and country of residence, will be added once received from the host committee (they are currently on well-deserved vacations!)  If there is an error or omission, or if you want your name and/or email address removed from the list, please email Nancy. 

5.  Presenters are encouraged to consider submitting their paper to the AMJ for online publication.

6. The conference committee has not yet worked out the logistics of on-line discussion/special interest groups - information will be posted here when available.

7. If you are receiving RSS feeds re edits to the site, and prefer not to receive them, you can use the link in the email to unsubscribe.
